Case Management - functionality includes:

• Client Demographics - details about the victim

• Evidence/Chart Labels - produce standard labels for charting/evidence to minimize effort and time of identifying case information

• Disclosures - look at information from both Victim and Historian point of view

• Post Assault - track all activities of victim after assault

• Assault Details - mark details of the sexual acts from victim and historian point of view

• Exam Details - vital signs, medical history, medications, recent sexual activity, and more

• Procedures - track all procedures performed, note results, make comments

• Perpetrators - manage multiple assailants for each case

• Evidence - track details of items collected 

• Body/Genital Injuries - enter details related to injuries to victim

• Narratives - free form areas to enter unlimited comments related to the case

• Discharge - followup information, custom multi-lingual discharge instructions

Case Foldering - set up automatic electronic folders for each case to hold documentation and pictures.

Automated Charting - TACT^© will produce your chart pages, including body/genital maps automatically from the information entered.  These charts can be printed or stored electronically as PDF's.

Link to Digital Pictures - you can set up links to your digital pictures within TACT^©.  This linkage will allow you to view and print the related case pictures.

Reporting - set up standard reports so you can run them for any date range on a regular basis.

Statistics - As with all TACT^© modules, there is an adhoc query tool that allows you to get statistical information for any fields used in your database.  The results of these searches can be printed, exported or graphed.
