Advocacy

Case Management - functionality includes:

  • Client Demographics - details about the victim

  • Case Details - can be any type of case work (sexual assault, domestic violence, elder abuse, child abuse, other types of programs)

  • Services Provide - track all services provided within a particular case

  • Perpetrator Details - manage multiple assailants for each case

  • Characteristics - enter unlimited disclosures or details about the victim/case 

  • Shelter Information - track days, meals, children and other details

  • Follow-up - set up contact dates in the future for clients so you are proactive instead of reactive to meetings and victim needs.

Prevention / Education - this area allows you to enter details related to the community and agency training performed by your office.  Track details of dates, education types, attendees, etc.

Volunteer Management - track hours, shifts, and duties related to your staff.

Grant Writing/Reporting - Because most Advocacy sites are grant-based, we have included this feature to minimize the painstaking process of completing the grants.  VOCA, VAWA, United Way, NCA, OES, and any other grants can be inserted into your TACT© program so you can produce the pages at the press of a button.

Statistics - As with all TACT© modules, there is an adhoc query tool that allows you to get statistical information for any fields used in your database.  The results of these searches can be printed, exported or graphed.
